Job Description:
The Job Description includes but are not limited to:-
(i) Assisting lawyers in preparing legal related documents, filing and service of court documents;
(ii) Assisting lawyers in managing the legal team’s schedules, including arranging meetings, court hearings, and client appointments.
(iii) To liaise with clients and all relevant authorities;
(iv) Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail; and
(v) To perform clerical and administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:-
(i) At least 3 years working experience handling personal injury claim matters;
(ii) Familiarity with Malaysian court procedures and document filing system;
(iii) Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
(iv) Responsible, punctual, committed and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
(v) Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, Polite, well-mannered with positive working attitude;
(vi) Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa. (Additional languages are a plus); and
(vii) Must be Computer literate.
