Job Description:
Litigation Lawyer (Recently called to the Bar to 1 year PQE)
1. Attend to all litigation matters and represent clients in court.
2. Draft pleadings, cause papers, and submissions.
3. Prepare legal opinions and conduct research on various legal and related matters.
4. Prepare status reports and provide updates to superiors and clients.
5. Attend to clients' needs and handle other tasks assigned by the firm as needed.
Pupillage: (2 Vacancies)
1) To assist in drafting Court cause papers, pleadings, and submissions
2) To conduct legal research
3) To assist with conveyancing matters
4) To assist with any other matters required
Hands on training will be provided for both Legal Associate and Pupil

Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Lawyer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu
- Good responsibilities, attentive person and mature
- Able to work independent (not applicable to Chambering Student position) and Good attitude
Pupillage:
i) Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
ii) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
iii) A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
iv) Interest in Criminal and Civil litigation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
