Job Description:
Legal Associate
Able to handle project file & sub-sale
Able to handle more complicated files on commercial loans, joint venture agreements
Know substantial legal knowledge for drafting of legal documents
Know how to manage clients expectations and advice accordingly
Able to liase with clients, bankers, agents and developers
Answerable to banks and relevant body including but not limited to government authorities
Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
Able to handle project file & sub-sale
Able to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided
Liaise with clients, bankers, agents and developers
Monitor and follow up closely with all the files
Attending to client correspondences
Preparing status report
Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Able to handle project file & sub-sale

Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate
Candidate must possess Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) and current Practicing Certificate
Junior with minimum 1 year of experience in Conveyancing (project & sub-sale)
Senior minimum with 5 years working experience
Able to work independently and as a team
Hardworking, responsible and committed to work
Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and to complete tasks within the timeline
Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Good working attitude and discipline
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
Minimum five years of experience in Banking, Housing Project/Subsale SPA & Loan Documentation
Able to work independently and as a team
Hardworking, responsible and committed to work
Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and to complete tasks within the timeline
Have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
