Litigation Lawyer / Chambering Student - based in Kuala Lumpur branch
Are you a dynamic, motivated legal professional ready to embark on an exciting journey in litigation? Our firm is looking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer or Pupil to join our dedicated litigation team.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop practical litigation skills, and grow within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your Role:
(Only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to Chambering Student / Pupil position)
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of litigation matters, as listed on our website: www.ttalaw.my.
• Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare concise, well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Draft pleadings, cause papers, letters, and other supporting legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and trials—whether assisting or taking the lead.
• Participate in client consultations to understand their needs and provide clear, practical legal advice (independently or with a supervising lawyer).
• Assist in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Ensure proper case management and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.

Conveyancing Lawyer - based in Klang branch
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase agreements (SPA) for both subsale and developer projects.
• Draft, review, and advise on SPA, loan agreements, and other related documents for individual and commercial clients.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, real estate agents, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
• Monitor file progress and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Attend to stamping, registration, and adjudication processes at land offices and other relevant agencies.
• Provide legal advice and updates to clients regarding property and banking laws and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
L.L.B (Hons).
Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Diligent work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
A personality with courage, optimistic and high social proficiency skill will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with clients.
Able to work independently (not applicable for Chambering Student / Pupil position) with high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Responsible, positive and open minded, self-motivated and multitasking.
