Job Description:
LEGAL ASSISTANT
1. 0 to 2 years experienced (able to handle conveyancing, litigation and/or corporate)
2. Good communication and social skills.
3. Enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven
4. Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision from senior lawyers or partners
5. Being able to converse in basic mandarin

PUPIL
1. Good language skills
2. Excellent attitude
3. Multi-tasker with a commitment to learning
4. Reliable and dedicated in work
5. Carry out tasks assigned by Partners/Lawyers from time to time

RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT CLERK
1. Able to handle Receptionist tasks including Meeting and greeting clients; Booking meetings; Arranging couriers; Keeping the reception area tidy; Answering and forwarding phone calls; Screening phone calls; Sorting and distributing post
2. Basic experiences are required (experience in administrative & clerical work)
2. Candidate must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Candidate must possess good communication skills
4. Great interpersonal skills, responsible, efficient and proactive
5. Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision and independently
