Job Description:
Pupil-in-Chambers
• Work closely with your Master to assist in real estate and property-related matters, including sub-sale, project developments, and loan documentation.
• Participate in legal drafting, research, client meetings, and liaising with various stakeholders such as banks, developers, and government agencies.
• Gain hands-on experience in preparing legal documents, file management, and understanding the full lifecycle of a conveyancing file.
• Subject to your interest and capacity, you may also be given exposure to corporate and commercial work.
• Be part of a learning-focused environment with direct mentorship.
• Receive close guidance from partners in a boutique firm with opportunity to grow.
• Monthly allowance provided, with additional team perks like car park and travel allowance.
Conveyancing Clerk
• Assist lawyers in managing general conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions and project development deals.
• Independently handle corporate, commercial, and residential loan matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Manage workflows systematically and meticulously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
• Handle interactions with government authorities such as Land Office, LHDN, and other conveyancing-related bodies.
• Ensure all documents are prepared and filed in a timely and organized manner, adhering to procedural requirements.

• Graduates who have completed their CLP or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in conveyancing practice; additional interest in corporate and commercial work is a plus.

• Proactive, dependable, and capable of managing timelines and tasks efficiently.
