Job Responsibilities
- Draft and review Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Documentation
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes including sub-sale, direct developer, and financing matters
- Liaise effectively with clients, developers, bankers, and government authorities
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and a valid Practising Certificate (SAPC)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing practice
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
