Job Description:
A) CONVEYANCING LAWYER
• To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.
• Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
• Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of works assigned by the firm/company from time to time.
• Advise clients on all aspects of buying and selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
• Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated

Qualifications and Requirements:
-At lease 5 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.
