Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (Account):
- Manage bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
- Execute day-to-day accounting functions and month-end account closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate document filing and record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities (Admin):
- Oversee general office administration duties.
- Handle HR matters including employment, employee leave records, and related tasks.
- Prepare monthly payroll payments and generate pay slips.
- Manage office stationery, supplies, sundries, and oversee office maintenance.
- Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Partners of the Firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fresh graduate / minimum qualification of a diploma in Accounting.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and bookkeeping.
- Ability to fulfil responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel is advantageous.
- Previous experience in handling accounts for a Legal Firm is an advantage.
- Able to work starting Early August 2025
- Proficiency in basic accounting and bookkeeping.
