Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidatewill play a crucial role in complementing our practice in advocacy by bringing exceptional skills in filemanagement, adherence to deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
A. Key Responsibilities:
1. File Management - Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and documentation. To monitor andstrictly adhere to all court directions, filing deadlines, and appointment schedules.
2. Legal Practice - Handle a diverse range of general litigation matters. To prepare and draft legal documentswith precision and attention to detail.
3. Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
4. Client Relations - Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and maintaining strongrelationships. To advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks with clarity and precision.
5. Team Collaboration - Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university and admitted to the MalaysianBar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
2. Experience - 1-2 years of post-qualified experience in legal practice and possesses experience or stronginterest in employment law and general litigation.
3. Language Skills - Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
4. Professional Skills:
• Exceptional Organizational Skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasksefficiently.
• Detail Oriented - Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal analysis.
• Time Management - Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proactive - Takes initiative and anticipates partners’ and clients’ needs to keep cases progressing smoothly.
2. Experience - 1-2 years of post-qualified experience in legal practice and possesses experience or stronginterest in employment law and general litigation.
