Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy and drafting skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files independently(not applicable to pupil in chamber position).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of litigation matters including court appearances, hearings, and trials
Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and submissions
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
Liaise with clients, counsel, and courts
Attend case management, mediation, and negotiation sessions
Provide proactive legal advice to clients
Requirements:
(a) 1 to 2 years of experience in litigation practice
(b) Admitted to the Bar and in good standing
(c) Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
(d) Highly organized and detail-oriented
