Job Description:
Corporate Lawyer
• Draft, review, and advise on corporate and commercial agreements such as shareholders' agreements, NDAs, service contracts, etc.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in M&A, corporate restructuring, and joint ventures.
• Provide legal opinions on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including company structuring, governance and compliance.
• Assisting clients in negotiations and liaise with relevant authorities and regulators.
• Assist in managing client portfolios and providing strategic legal advice.
• Conduct research and stay current with legal developments, statutory and regulatory developments.



Conveyancing Lawyer
• Handle all aspects of sub-sale and developer property transactions including SPA, MOT, and perfection of transfer and charge.
• Draft and review loan documentation for various banks and financial institutions.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and government authorities (LHDN, Land Office).
• Conduct land searches, bankruptcy checks, and monitor timelines to ensure smooth completion.
• Facilitate the execution of agreements and financing documentation.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Corporate Lawyer
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and qualified to practise law in Malaysia
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate practice preferred.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian corporate and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, strong legal reseach, good communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Conveyancing Lawyer
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing practice preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage files from start to finiash.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Meticulous, dependable, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide legal advice to clients on property and banking matters.
