Job Description:
1. Associate in Dispute Resolution
Attend to dispute resolution matters (e.g. CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, etc.) and particularly focusing on construction and energy projects.
2. Paralegal
Assist in legal research (focusing on construction and energy projects, arbitration, etc.), proofreading and record keeping, preparation of legal documents and ad-hoc tasks.
Attend to dispute resolution matters (e.g. CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, etc.) and particularly focusing on construction and energy projects.
2. Paralegal
Assist in legal research (focusing on construction and energy projects, arbitration, etc.), proofreading and record keeping, preparation of legal documents and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Associate in Dispute Resolution
- good drafting, research and analytical skills;
- able to work independently and as part of a team in complex matters;
- 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to dispute resolution, preferably construction and energy projects; and
- admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya or completed pupillage and awaiting for admission.
