Job Description:
We are looking for a legal associate and/or pupil in chambers that are interested to join a growing corporate and commercial department in our firm.
1) Junior Legal Associate (Corporate & Commercial)(1-4 PQE)
Job Description:
To assist and work closely with partners and the lawyers on corporate and commercial transactions including but not limited to legal due diligence exercises, drafting transactional documents and/or managing various general corporate commercial matters /transactions for clients ranging from startups, private and government linked companies.
2) Pupil in Chambers (Corporate & Commercial)
Job Description:
To conduct legal research & to prepare related legal documentation & any other duties as may be expected and required by the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) Junior Legal Associate (Corporate & Commercial)(1-4 PQE)
Qualifications and Requirements:-
-Should have 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) handling corporate and commercial matters
-Must have been admitted or awaiting admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
-Good command in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
-Able to work under pressure
-Responsible, disciplined and committed
-Able to work independently and as a team player
-Able to start as soon as possible
2) Pupil in Chambers (Corporate & Commercial)
Qualifications and Requirements:-
-A second-class degree or equivalent from a reputable university, together with completion of the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or the Barrister Training Course / bar Professional Training Course (if required to qualify as a "qualified person" under the Legal Profession Act 1976)
-Applicants sitting for their CLP, BTC or equivalent exams in 2025 may apply and will be considered for conditional offers pending their results
-Interested and passionate to practice in corporate and commercial field
-Good command in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
-Able to work under pressure
-Responsible, disciplined and committed
-A team player and willing to learn
-Able to start as soon as possible
