Job Description:
(1) RECEPTIONIST CUM LEGAL CLERK (CONVEYANCING):-
(Conveyancing – Experienced level Required):-
• Manage conveyancing files for sub-sales, developers, loans transactions from initial instructions to completion of files
• Draft and prepare basic sale and purchase agreements, handling loan agreements, and other conveyancing related documents
• Liaise & Correspond professionally with clients, bankers, developers, and government agencies
• Monitor deadlines, handle correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain proper documentation and case file records
• Managing conveyancing KIVs & deadlines
• Managing the online LHDN tax and stamping submission, online land office submission for conveyancing matters
• Picking up phonecalls & taking down messages
(Litigation – Basic level required):-
• Managing daily KIV files, managing incoming and outgoing Court documents & maintain proper file records
• Copy-typing & drafting simple court documents and letters
• Preparing and compiling bundles of authorities or trial documents
• Filing (Using EFS system)
• Liaise & Correspond professionally with other law firms
• Monitoring Court dates
(Training can be provided)
(2) ACCOUNT/ADMIN/HR EXECUTIVE ROLE:-
• Handle accounting data entries, manage payroll, and process billings, payment vouchers, receipts, and statements of accounts on timely basis
• Assist and work closely with everyone on daily operations
• Handle HR & all admin matters, monitor attendances & ensure punctuality employees
• Take initiative on adhoc tasks including basic legal related tasks to support smooth office operations

Qualifications and Requirements:
(1) RECEPTIONIST CUM LEGAL CLERK (CONVEYANCING) ROLE:-
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as legal clerk in law firms
• Strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process and related documentation
• Basic knowledge in court/litigation process & using of court e-Filing system
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Good sense of punctuality & can maintain good attendance
• Professional, takes initiative, committed and good teamwork
• Possess own transport is ideal

• Basic accounting certification (minimum Pre-U or diploma in accounting related fields)
• Experience in handling accounting data entries, payrolls, preparing & issuing billings, payment vouchers, receipts, statement of accounts etc
• Some experience in HR not mandatory but is a plus point
• Familiarity with partnerships or sole proprietorships structures is a plus point
• Good problem-solving skills & independent worker
• Have integrity, trustworthy, and reliable
• Able to assist and work closely with bosses
• Willing to take on occasional adhoc tasks & takes initiative
• Have own transport
