Job Description:
1) Able to independently handle of conveyancing matter and legal documentations of sub-sales matter.
2) Required to handle conveyancing, banking, loan documentation and corporate matters.
3) Corresponding, attending and communication with all parties including clients, bankers, agents, developers, auditors and various government bodies.
4) Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status.
5) Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1)At least with 2 year experience.
2)Possess own transportation.
3)A good and strong interpersonal and communication skills well as with team, diligent and have a good working attitude.
