Job Description:
1. To handle conveyancing work in particular Sale & Purchase Agreement and various bank loan documentation, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
2. To maintain/update file status on various platforms of operation systems.
3. With minimum 2-3 years experience in related field
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
5. Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

3. Strong command in English (Spoken and Written)
4. Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline
5. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
6. Good working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player
