Job Description:
- To handle Sub-sales Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan
Documentations and other properties' matters;
- To handle Perfection of Transfer and Charge;
- To attend signing with clients
- To deal with bankers, other solicitors and government bodies
related to the assigned files
- Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files,
preparing status report and update work progress/status.
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time
to time and as and when required.
- to settle the assigned files within time

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess LLB (Hons)
- Fluent in english and bahasa melayu
