1) SENIOR LITIGATION LAWYER (5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND ABOVE)
(Salary RM8,000.00 – RM15,000.00 (Commensurate with Litigation Experience))

Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a civil and / or criminal litigator, with competent understanding of litigation.
- Manage complex litigation matters.
- Ability to develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with good attitude and accountability.


2) SENIOR CORPORATE LAWYER (5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND ABOVE)
(Salary RM8,000.00 – RM15,000.00 (Commensurate with Corporate Transactions experience))

Job Description
- Ability to advise clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance and pre-IPO & IPO transactions.
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
- Ability to conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments in corporate transactions
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on business operations and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve optimal legal outcomes
- Experience with international transactions or cross-border legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with good attitude and accountability.


3) LITIGATION CLERK

Job Description
- Managing Partners’ and Lawyers’ Litigation Files.
- Formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents
- Filing legal documents (court e-filing skills is a must)
- Update diary & e-dairy – to make sure tally with lawyers and keeping track of lawyer time records and billing.
- Work closely with lawyers to liaise with clients, other law firms, government bodies and newspaper companies.
- Corresponding with clients
- Attend to daily clerical works diligently.

Qualification & Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- It is mandatory for candidates to have been called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Candidates should be driven independent professional with optimism and energy to be able to complete responsibilities competently and timely.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed and with good and positive working attitude.
- Efficiency, positivity and quick-thinking would be a must in this position.


2) SENIOR CORPORATE LAWYER (5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND ABOVE)
(Salary RM8,000.00 – RM15,000.00 (Commensurate with Corporate Transactions experience))

Qualification & Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Proficient in BM and BI languages is a must.
- It is mandatory for candidates to have been called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Candidates should be independent driven with optimism and energy to be able to complete responsibilities competently and timely.
- Efficiency, positivity and quick-thinking would be a must in this position.
- Responsible, committed, reliable and able to work diligently and independently, without or with limited assistance and supervision.
- Good attention to details.
- Good stress management and time management.
- Any other tasks that being assigned by Firm from time to time.
- Minimum 5 years and above experience in handling corporate matters.


3) LITIGATION CLERK

Qualification & Requirement
- Good Attitude, Reliable and Accountable.
- Being organized and systematic in file management and works.
- Familiar with court procedures.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Hardworking, responsible & committed to work
- Good communication and organization skills.
- At least 2 years experience in civil litigation.
