What You Will Experience
As a pupil, you will work closely with the Partner in charge and the legal team on a wide range of matters, including:
- Trials and hearings of disputes at all levels of Courts in Malaysia, including the Industrial Court, and all related preparation
- Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA)

- A second-class degree or equivalent from a reputable university, together with completion of the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or the Barrister Training Course / bar Professional Training Course (if required to qualify as a "qualified person" under the Legal Profession Act 1976)
- Applicants sitting for their CLP, BTC or equivalent exams in 2025 may apply and will be considered for conditional offers pending their results
- Interested and passionate to practice in corporate and commercial field
- Good command in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
- Able to work under pressure
- Responsible, disciplined and committed
- A team player and willing to learn
- Able to start as soon as possible
