Vacancy: Litigation Lawyer (1st–2nd Year) & Pupil in Chambers

1. Litigation Lawyer (1st–2nd Year)
Requirements:
1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation.
Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, motivated, and committed to the profession.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare cause papers, pleadings, and submissions.
Attend court for mentions, hearings, and trials.
Handle client matters and maintain proper case files.
Assist partners and senior lawyers in managing cases effectively.
2. Pupil in Chambers
Requirements:
LLB (Hons) or equivalent, qualified to commence pupillage.
Good academic background and interest in litigation.
Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Exposure During Pupillage:
Court appearances and hands-on litigation experience.
Drafting legal opinions, pleadings, and cause papers.
Direct involvement in client matters and case preparation.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced practitioners.
