Job Description:
1. Finance Cum Admin Executive/Manager - Administrative support - Handling all accounts related matters of the firm

2. Receptionist - manage front desk duties, handle calls and
appointments, support basic office tasks


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Finance Cum Admin Executive/Manager
- Prior working experience in a legal firm, handling
administrative matters, attending to SST, banking and
audit processes would be an added advantage
- Possessing LCCI/ Diploma/Degree in Finance and
Accounting qualifications would be an added advantage
- Able to handle and in-charge of full sets of account up to
balance sheet
- Proficient with use of office technology and computer
literate ie. Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Microsoft Excel, as well as accounting software
- Assisting Tax agent in calculating and filing various tax
returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax
regulations, as well as & Anti Money
Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)
matters
- Providing accounting assistance to external auditors and
tax agent on the annual audit and income tax matters
- Reconciliation of financial statement and bank
statements
- SST submission
- Preparation of monthly report
- Prepare monthly staff salary, travel allowance, incentive
etc
- Monthly submission of PCB, Socso, EIS, EPF, CP22A,
CP22
- Yearly submission of EA, Form E, C.P.8D
- Any ad hoc task assigned by management
- Possess strong organizational skills, high attention to
details, time management ability, problem solving
abilities and the ability to handle priorities in fast-paced
environment
- Profound communication skills with fluent written and
verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
Melayu
- Proactive and resourceful approach to work, anticipating
needs and self-assertive
- Possess professionalism and the ability to work
effectively with individuals at all levels

2. Receptionist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word,
Outlook, Excel)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
or as part of a team
