Legal Assistant:
1. Capable of handling conveyancing matters related to purchase of properties from developers and subsales, perfection of transfer and perfection of charge, Discharge/Satisfaction of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment.
2. Experienced in handling bank legal documentation.
3. Positive attitude, highly motivated, responsible, willing to learn and a team player.
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
5. Computer literacy is indispensable.
6. Having own transportation is essential.
Chambering Student:
1. Must have own transportation
2. Must be resourceful and pro-active with good attitude.
3. Highly motivated & willing to learn
4. Will only be exposed to conveyancing matters during pupillage
