Job Description:
MOHD ANUAR & CO. in Melaka is seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Conveyancing & Syarie Legal Assistant to join our team. If you have a strong interest in Syarie law and conveyancing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your legal career in a professional and supportive environment.
Salary : RM 3,800.00/month
Job Scope:
1. Handle Syarie matters including marriage, divorce, custody, nafkah, and faraid applications.
2. Prepare and manage conveyancing files for sale & purchase (S&P), loan documentation, and tenancy agreements.
3. Draft S&P agreements and other related property documents.
4. Attend attestation and witness signing sessions with clients for S&P and related documents.
5. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities.
6. Conduct research and provide legal opinions related to Syarie and conveyancing matters.
7. Ensure proper file management and smooth progress of each transaction or case.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
2. Diploma in Syarie Legal Practice (DSLP) / qualification to appear in Syarie Court is required.
3. Fresh graduates or those with 1 to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
