Job Description:
We are looking for Legal Associate (1st to 3rd year) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, meticulous, and passionate about legal practice, with the ability to manage files and clients independently under supervision.
Areas of Practice
Candidates are expected to be involved in all four (4) key areas of the firm’s work:
- Conveyancing – Handling sub-sale and developer projects.
- Banking & Finance – Attending to end-financing matters for various banks and navigating multiple loan legal portals.
- Commercial – Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial and corporate agreements.
- Estate Planning – Preparing wills, trusts, and handling processes to obtain grant of Probate and Letters of Administration and other related instruments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- LLB, CLP, or other equivalent qualifications.
- 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a legal firm.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Familiar with developer and sub-sale conveyancing transactions.
- Familiar with banking documentation and loan legal portals.
- Ability to draft and review commercial contracts with attention to detail.
- Familiar to probate and Letters of Administration process at the High Court and Pusaka Kecil.
- Motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong work ethics, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and grow.
