- To attend Case Management, Hearings and/or Trials;
- To draft and prepare Cause Papers and opinion as well as conduct research
- To attend to clients
Legal Associate- Corporate Commercial/Conveyancing Department :-
Job Description
• To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to corporate and commercial matters
• To prepare and oversee all aspects of conveyancing works (e.g. sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer) from initiation to completion independently
• To provide legal advice and guidance to clients on regulatory compliance matters, particularly matters affecting financial institutions
• To be familiar with property law and land use regulations
• To be familiar with all laws/regulations/policy documents issued by the regulatory authorities, particularly those issued by Bank Negara Malaysia and the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry
• To liaise with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. clients, bankers, agents, developers and relevant government authorities) effectively and in a timely manner

• Fresh candidate with SPM and above
• Good admin & secretarial skills
• Willing to learn and adapt fast
• Able to multitask and meticulous in document submission
• Understanding basic knowledge of litigation and KIV diaries will be added advantage

Our Firm commenced practice as Messrs. Azim, Ong & Krishnan on the 1st of January, 1985. The founding partners were Encik Zainal Azim, Mr. Ong Boo Kok and Mr. Vijayaram Krishnan.
