Qualifications and Requirements:
For position (1)
- Local University, CLP or BPTC
- Exposure/training mainly in conveyancing law.
For position (2)
- To assist partner/lawyer in conveyancing matters.
- 2 years'experince or more in handling developer projects, retails loans/end-financing and/or perfection of transfer and charge.
- Systematic, organised and meticulous.
