Job Description:
Conveyancing Clerk
• Assists Partners on conveyancing matters especially sub-sale transaction including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, perfection of transfer/charge and transmission of transfer.
• Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, developers and government authorities.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance with legal procedures.
Litigation Clerk
• Assist lawyers/Partners in preparing, filing and managing clients in all litigation-related matter.
• Monitor case files, court dates, deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with courts, clients and other stakeholders professionally.
• Manage physical and digital filing systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Clerk
• At least 1- 3 years of hands-on conveyancing experience.
• Strong knowledge of property documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and able to understand basic English.
• High level of integrity, initiative and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
Litigation Clerk
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience in a legal firm.
• Sound understanding of court procedures, e-filing and legal documentation.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and able to understand basic English.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Responsible, disciplined and a strong team player.
• At least 1- 3 years of hands-on conveyancing experience.
