3. Sale & Purchase Agreement (Direct Developer / Sub-sale transaction)
4. Loan Documentation & Securities Financing (Retail, SME, Corporate Loan)
5. Perfection of Transfer & Charge / Discharge of Charge & Receipt & Re-assignment
6. Tenancy & Lease Agreement
7. Strata Property Management Advisory
2. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Due Diligence
3. Sale & Purchase Agreement (Direct Developer / Sub-sale transaction)

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Preferably 5 years and above in experience
2. Passionate in Conveyancing, Corporate & Commercial Legal Works
3. Vigilant, possess high EQ, Strategic Thinking
4. Good drafting, vetting & negotiating skills
5. Meticulous and organized status report management
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills
7. Diligent follow up skills with all parties / stakeholders
8. Posses own transport and willing to travel
9. Committed, sense of responsibility & a good team player
10. Integrity, honesty and professionalism
