Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (Next to Dang Wangi LRT Station)
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Perfection of Transfer & Charge matters and/or first-sale (Housing Project) SPA & Loan.
• Able to meet turnaround times and deadlines set by Banks.
• Familiarity with Bank & Land Office procedures, documentation & online web portals.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability.
