Job Description:
1. Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a litigation lawyer.
2. Demonstrated experience in conducting trials independently, including matters up to the Court of Appeal.
3. Competent in preparing, drafting, reviewing, and filing all cause papers, affidavits, submissions, and related court documents efficiently and independently.
4. Able to manage and maintain a structured schedule of hearings, case management, court appearances, and conferences in accordance with procedural timelines and case requirements.
5. Attend to clients professionally and undertake any other legal or administrative tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.

1. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound legal judgment.
2. Capable of handling multiple files and tasks simultaneously, and committed to completing all assigned work within the required timelines.
3. Excellent command of English and bahasa Malaysia , both written and spoken;
4. Ability to perform under pressure, highly disciplined, and able to meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
6. Exhibits a positive working attitude, is self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
7. Strong legal research skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide well-reasoned legal solutions.
8. Able to adapt and fit into a dynamic, vibrant, and fast-paced office culture.
