Job Description:
Experienced Conveyancing Lawyer and Chambering student;
(Only allowed and supervised job scopes are applicable to Chambering student position)
Min of 3 years experience
Able to work independent (not applicable to Chambering student position) and in team
Draft and negotiate various types of agreements.
Liase with clients and relevant authority
Able to process Subsale transaction, project, Conventional or Islamic loan documentation, perfection, MOT, Discharge of Charge, DRR, Probate, LA and any conveyancing related matters
(Only allowed and supervised job scopes are applicable to Chambering student position)
Min of 3 years experience
Able to work independent (not applicable to Chambering student position) and in team
