Job Description:
Litigation Lawyer
• Assist Partners in all in preparing, filing and managing clients in all litigation related matters.
• Draft pleadings, cause papers and legal opinions
• Conduct research and prepare case strategies
• Attend case management, hearings and trials
• Liaise with clients, courts, other lawyers and external parties
Conveyancing Lawyer
• Assist Partners in all sale and purchase transaction, loan documentation and transmission and transfer.
• Draft and review conveyancing related documents
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant authorities
• Ensure timely completion of transactions
• Assist Partners in all in preparing, filing and managing clients in all litigation related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Lawyer
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
• Excellent research, drafting and analytical skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Conveyancing Lawyer
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Familiar with banking and property documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
