Job Description:
1) To prepare and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
2) To handle sub-sale, developer loan, discharge, perfection and all other conveyancing related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) At least 4-5 years of working experience in related field is required.
2) Multitask and able to work independently and meeting deadlines effectively.
3) Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
