Job Description:
1. Legal Associate :-
Able to take all instructions and act accordingly with minimum supervision;
Preferably able to start work immediately;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay; and
2. Receptionist cum Admin clerk :-
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries;
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning and data entry;
Maintain physical and digital filing systems for legal documents;
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for lawyers and clients;
Manage office supplies inventory and order when necessary; and
Handle basic legal clerical tasks (e.g.opening of new case file, updating case files, preparing court bundles).

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Legal Associate:-
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar with practicing certificate;
At least 1-2 years post qualification experience in litigation matters (fresh graduates are welcome and those graduated from Local Universities are encouraged to apply).
2. Receptionist cum Admin Clerk :-
Minimum SPM;
1-2 years experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (legal firm experience preferred but not mandatory);
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is an advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Malay is a must, other languages would be an added advantage);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Able to travel when required; and
Good organization skills and multitasking abilities.
