Job Description:
Position 1 - Litigation Lawyer
The litigation lawyer is required to have AT LEAST 5 YEARS of relevant work experience in general civil and/or banking litigation, probate and administration matters. He/she will be responsible to handle all tasks assigned, including conducting legal research, preparing motions and conducting hearings. He/She must be independent, disciplined, meticulous, has strong interpersonal skills and able to work under no or very minimal supervision.
Career advancement is possible in the near future.
Position 2 - Junior Lawyer (Corporate & Conveyancing)
The junior lawyer is required to have 2 years or more post-qualified experience in handling conveyancing matters, including sub-sale cases and loans, and must display interest in corporate advisory related work. He/she will be responsible to handle conveyancing matters from start till closing. He/she must be independent, disciplined, meticulous and has strong interpersonal skills.

-Experience in law and court proceedings
-Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing motions
-Able to handle and interact with clients
-Familiarity with court procedures and documents
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Good command in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is a strong advantage.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Position 2
