Job Description:
The Litigation Associate will assist in handling civil and commercial litigation matters, including attending court for case managements, hearings, and trials. The role involves drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions, and correspondence, as well as conducting legal research and preparing relevant documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1–3 years PQE in general litigation
Strong drafting and research skills
Good advocacy skills and confidence in court
Ability to manage files and deadlines responsibly and independently
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoke
