Job Description:
General Clerk & Litigation Clerk (Immediate Hiring)
1)Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining document records specifically for E-invoice.
2)Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).
3)Assist with preparation of simple documents and forms.
4)Perform receptionist duties, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.
5)Assist lawyers with daily office tasks and coordination.
6)Prepare, file, and manage court documents (e-filing/e-Review).
7)Assist with drafting cause papers, bundles of documents, and correspondences.
8)Monitor and update court dates, deadlines, and case status.
9)Liaise with courts, process servers, and relevant authorities.
10)Maintain proper file management for litigation matters.
11)Arrange service of documents and follow up on court-related tasks.
Legal Assistant
1)Assist lawyers in drafting pleadings, cause papers, affidavits, letters, and other court-related documents.
2)Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
3)Manage and update case files, deadlines, and court dates.
4)Perform e-filing and e-review of court documents.
5)Liaise with courts, process servers, and relevant agencies on filing and hearing matters.
6)Attend case managements or hearings.
7) Assist in preparing, reviewing, and finalising conveyancing documents (SPA, loan documents, tenancy agreements, discharge of charge, deed of assignment, etc.).
8)Handle end-to-end conveyancing processes for sub-sale, developer, loan, and perfection matters.
9)Liaise with clients, banks, developers, land offices, and relevant authorities.
10) Ensure timely follow-up on progress of files and compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
General Clerk & Litigation Clerk
1) Minimum SPM / Diploma / relevant certification (experience in legal field is an advantage).
2)Prior experience as a litigation clerk is preferred (but training can be provided for the right candidate).
3)Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
4)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with computer systems.
5)Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6)Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
7)Good communication and multitasking skills.
Legal Assistant
1)Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
2)At least 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing and/or litigation (fresh graduates may be considered).
3)Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4)Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
5)Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6)Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
7)Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with clients professionally.
8)Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with conveyancing platforms and court e-filing systems.
