Job Description:
1. To attend to all general conveyancing works including project & sub sale SPA and banking and financing works from initial stage until completion
2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and refinancing
3. Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time and advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters.
4. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations
6. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current Practicing Certificate.
2. Minimum 3 years as working experience as practicing lawyer in conveyancing matters and proficiency
3. Fresh graduates and those 1 to 2 year’s experiences are encouraged to apply
4. Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team.
7. Manage time well and able to meet deadline.
8. Preferably able to start work immediately, or within short notice.
