Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1) Experiences in handling documents for sub-sales property, loan documentations and auction file
2) At least 2 years of experience in handling documents for sub-sale, loan documentations and auction property
3) Candidates who just completed Chambering are encouraged to apply
4) Good personality & working attitude
5) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & speaking)
6) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System


CONVEYANCING CLERK
1) Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
2) To handle legal documents in matters of sub-sales, loan (consumer and company loan), auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters from the initial stage until completion stage independently
3) To update file status at banks online portals
4) Attend to Clients, Government Authorities, Bankers, Agents or any relevant authorities
5) To prepare status report, quotation and drafting correspondence
6) To assist in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so
7) To complete assigned work in strict deadline


Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1) Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
2) At least 2 years of experience and above in conveyancing line
3) Possess good communication skills, good work, discipline and analytical skills
4) Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
5) Possess own transport.

CONVEYANCING CLERK
1) Must have at least two (2) years of experience in handling all conveyancing matters (sub-sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc)
2) Must possess at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM.
3) Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking.
4) Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision
5) Able to attend to status reports and updating file status.
Computer literate.
6) Possess own transport.
