Job Description:
1)To work with Office Manager for administrative matters.
2)Handle data entry, to ensure accurate and up-to-date record in the system.
3)Compiling and filing documents maintain a systematic and up to date filing system.
4)handle administrative tasks, liaise with vendors and contractors and office insurance matters.
5)Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
6)Assist in liaising with vendors for troubleshooting office equipment such as photocopier, water dispenser, shredders and binder etc.
7)To assist in the new employee on-boarding process and resigned lawyer notify to Bar Council and PII insurer.
8)Assist in checking staff claims monthly overtime and mileage claim for driver and dispatch.
9)Assist in renewal yearly lawyers license (SAPC).
10)Handle ad-hoc tasks as requires from a time to time basis by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
a)Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Degree in Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
b)Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related role.
c)Good oral and written language: Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
d)Positive, meticulous, attention to detail, possess strong problem solving and communication skill.
e)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in daily routine work.
f)Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or software.
f)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
