Job Description:
We are looking for driven individuals to join our Corporate, Capital Markets & M&A practice. At GLT Law, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fintech, and emerging technology-related matters.
As part of our team, you will:
• Assist partners and lawyers in drafting and reviewing agreements
• Conduct legal due diligence for corporate exercises
• Conduct research and draft legal opinions
• Attend client meetings and manage assigned tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:
For Associate (1–2 PQE):
• 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate & commercial, equity capital markets, or M&A practice, preferably from a reputable/leading law firm.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, and committed.
• Excellent research, drafting, and opinion-writing skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Pupil-in-Chambers:
• Recent law graduate or CLP/Bar-qualified candidate seeking pupillage.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate, capital markets, and M&A work.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Meticulous, diligent, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong research and writing skills.
