Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Clerk
- to assist /handle the preparation of Legal Documentations related to Property, in particular Loans and Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
- to assist / handle conveyancing files pertaining to sale and
purchase of property transaction, preparing and attending to bank security / loan documents
2. Pupil
- to assist partners to handle matters on conveyancing and general litigation
- possess own transport
- proficiency in English and Bahasa

* Preferably 4-5 years experience working in similar capacity
