Job Description:
To assist in litigation and conveyancing matter
Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Legal Associate / Pupil
(Only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to pupil in chambers position)
- To attend to conveyancing and litigation matters;
- Able to attend Court matters independently(not applicable to pupil in chambers position), skilled drafting, preparing cause papers, e-filing.
- Perform comprehensive legal research.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task
- To attend to Clients and other legal works assigned by the Firm.
- Responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and have an analytical mind.
- Freshly graduated or called to the bar and experienced lawyers may apply
Legal Executive & Clerk
- Liaise with clients, bankers, and government authorities (e.g. LHDN, Stamp Office, Land Office).
- Ensure timely completion of tasks.
