Job Description:
We are looking for driven individuals to join our Corporate, Capital Markets & M&A practice. At GLT Law, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fintech, and emerging technology-related matters.
As part of our team, you will:
- Assist partners and lawyers in drafting and reviewing agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate exercises
- Conduct research and draft legal opinions
- Attend client meetings and manage assigned tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:
For Associate (1–3 PQE):
- 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate & commercial, equity capital markets, or M&A practice, preferably from a reputable/leading law firm.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, and committed.
- Excellent research, drafting, and opinion-writing skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Senior Associate (4-6 PQE):
- 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate & commercial, equity capital markets, or M&A practice, preferably from a reputable/leading law firm.
- Ability to work lead a team to execute projects independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, and committed.
- Excellent research, drafting, and opinion-writing skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate & commercial, equity capital markets, or M&A practice, preferably from a reputable/leading law firm.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
