Job Description:
You will work closely with partners and associates on matters such as:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and preparing corporate and commercial agreements.
2. Conducting legal research and producing clear legal opinions and research notes.
3. Supporting due diligence work for M&A and investment transactions.
4. Assisting in matters involving joint ventures, corporate restructuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
5. Attending client meetings, negotiation sessions, and internal discussions.
6. Participating in file strategy discussions and transaction planning.
7. Handling additional tasks essential to developing practical, well‑rounded commercial instincts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
I. Minimum Requirements
A recognised law degree and completion of CLP/Bar Finals or equivalent.
Excellent command of English (Mandarin is an advantage for client‑facing matters).
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsible, organised, and able to meet timelines.
II. Preferred Qualities
Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.
A proactive, positive attitude and readiness to take ownership.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
