Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:

LITIGATION LAWYER

1) To attend to all Litigation matters.
2) Able to attend Court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing cause papers, e-filing.
3) Good research in precedents, case law, court rules.
4) Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, work under pressure within tight deadlines.
5) To attend to Clients and other legal works assigned by the Partner from time to time.
6) Self-motivated, meticulous and have an analytical mind.
7) Positive attitude, responsible, trusted person.
8) To work flexibly and cope with changing priorities.
9) To have a receptive respond to receiving and acting on instructions given by the immediate supervisor.
10) To provide clear, accurate and up-to-date information on the files.
11) To monitor file management and prepare the weekly status report.
12) To do works that have been assigned by the firm from time to time.
13) Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
14) Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
15) Dedicated and responsible toward the job.
16) Able to start immediately.

CONVEYANCING LAWYER

1. To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub-sale and projects) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations.
2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
3. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction.
5. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients.
6. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
8. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
9. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

1. Prepare and manage documentation for property sales, purchases, transfers, and refinancing.
2. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and government bodies to coordinate transactions.
3. Conduct land searches, title checks, and due diligence processes.
4. Draft Sale and Purchase Agreements, tenancy agreements, and other legal documentation.
5. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely lodgement of documents with relevant authorities (e.g., land offices, stamp offices).
6. Maintain accurate records and file documentation efficiently.
7. Keep clients updated on the progress of their transactions and respond to inquiries promptly.
8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at all times.


Qualifications and Requirements:
LITIGATION LAWYER

1) Bachelor's Degree, in Law (L.L.B) with a qualified practicing certificate with LLBS or DAIJ/DSLA/DSLP is a great advantage.
2) A qualified practicing certificate as Litigation Lawyer in Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan.
3) 3 years of Practice.
4) Able to work with minimum supervision.
5) Willing to travel at any time (inter-state, outstation, meetings) and able to work long hours.
6) Responsible, reliable, committed and with positive working attitude.
7) Interest in Intellectual Property, Corporate will be an added advantage.
8) Excellent in speaking as well as written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

CONVEYANCING LAWYER

1. Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current Practicing Certificate.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience as practising lawyer in conveyancing matters and proficiency in conveyancing procedures.
3. Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team.
6. Manage time well and able to meet deadline.
7. Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
8. Preferably able to start work immediately, or within short notice.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Law or related field.
2. Fresh graduate encourages to apply.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software (if applicable).
4. Good command of written.
5. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
7. Willing to go through 1 years of contract
