This role is designed for an established litigation practitioner who has developed a solid foundation and is ready to take on greater responsibility in complex matters.
You will:-
• Handle litigation, construction, and corporate disputes commensurate with your experience.
• Be actively involved in CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, and construction litigation.
• Conduct matters independently, including managing files, court appearances, and client communications.
• Work closely with the partners on strategic, high-value, and technically challenging cases.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff where required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
We are selective in our recruitment and seek candidates who meet the following criteria:-
• Possess a valid practising certificate.
• A Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in General Litigation.
• Demonstrates increasing confidence and competence in the conduct of litigation matters, with experience assisting in and/or progressing towards handling full trials independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedure and substantive law.
• Competent in drafting pleadings, cause papers, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Able to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Sharp, responsive, and professional in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Committed, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
