Job Description:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER – JOB SCOPE

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing work, including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related matters up to completion.
• Manage Consumer, SME, and Corporate loan documentation for both Conventional and Islamic financing independently.
• Able to Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
• Exposure to Corporate and Litigation work will be an added advantage.

RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT – JOB SCOPE

• Managing the frontdesk and reception area;
• Attending to incoming and outgoing calls;
• Attend to walk in clients at the reception areas;
• Arranging for meeting rooms;
• Arranging, sorting, distribution and recording of outgoing, incoming mail and couriers;
• Arranging for couriers pickups
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks – photocopying, binding, filing;
• Assists in general admin duties, oversee the cleanliness of office and filing store;
• Opening and retrieval of files;
• Assist on Online searches – Land search, SSM, CTOS, Bankruptcy searches;
• To assists in any other admin duties assigned from time to time


Qualifications and Requirements:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER – REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of conveyancing experience, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Reliable and self-driven lawyer with solid EXPERIENCE in managing legal files, advising clients, and representing cases professional
• Strong commitment to meeting tight timelines and maintaining high professional standards.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Positive working attitude and a team player who can adapt to the firm’s directions.
• Open to learning and exposure in other areas of law.

RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT -REQUIREMENTS

• Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette;
• Experience in front desk management, especially legal firm will be an added advantage;
• Good communication and administrative skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic office operations
• Willing to learn and adapt;
• Able to work independently.
