Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer, Conveyancing Clerk and Paralegal to join our team. We have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time arrangements. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in procedures and able to handle files with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities (Conveyancing Clerk):
File Management: Independently handle conveyancing files (SPA & Loan Documentation) from initial instruction until completion.
Documentation: Prepare and draft SPAs, Loan Agreements, Transfer forms (14A), Charge forms (16A), and other related legal documents.
Monitoring: Monitor file timelines strictly to avoid penalties and ensure smooth drawdown/disbursement.

Job Responsibilities (Civil Litigation Lawyer):
Case Management: Handle Civil Litigation matters (mostly general and construction cases)
Drafting: Draft cause papers, submissions, affidavits, and legal opinions with precision and high standards of language.
Court Attendance: Attend Case Managements (e-Review & Zoom) and Hearings independently; assist Partners in Trials.
Research: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare skeletal arguments.

Job Responsibilities (Paralegal):
Legal Research: Conduct research on case laws, statutes, and procedural rules to support the lawyers.
Drafting: Assist in drafting simple legal documents, correspondences, and affidavits.
File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure smooth workflow.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, serving of documents, and updating file status reports.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Job Requirements (Conveyancing Clerk):
Experience is preferred.
Full-Time: Minimum 1 year of solid working experience in conveyancing.
Part-Time: Minimum 1 year of experience (must be able to work independently immediately).
Familiarity with Subsale and/or Project Work is required.
Strong knowledge of the procedures for perfection of transfer and charge.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements (Civil Litigation Lawyer):
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Minimum 1 Year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in General or Civil Litigation.
Familiarity with the Rules of Court 2012 and e-Filing System (EFS) is essential.
Good advocacy and public speaking skills.
Strong drafting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
Own transport is an advantage for attending physical court matters.

Job Requirements (Paralegal):
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Diploma in Law/Paralegal Studies.
Experience: Previous internship or working experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
Fresh Law Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken).
Good research skills and ability to summarize complex information.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
